App Store billing and refunds

CleanSub Premium is billed through Apple's App Store. Apple manages payments, renewals, cancellation, and refunds for App Store subscriptions.

Billing Sources and Plaid

CleanSub uses Plaid to connect supported U.S. bank and card accounts as Billing Sources. You can manage or disconnect Billing Sources in the app. CleanSub does not receive your financial institution login credentials from Plaid.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion in the CleanSub app. In-app account deletion begins immediately. We revoke active sessions, remove Plaid access-token material, delete or anonymize user-linked app data, and may retain limited backup, security, legal, tax, billing, or dispute records for up to 30 days or as required by law.
